and Objectives
Our target to services is to lead the way in supporting people who have complex
needs, and the communities in which they live to:
*
Support people in developing their self-esteem and fulfilling their potential;

Work alongside with other charities, groups and associations to enable and
encourage co-ordination
between local authority and voluntary services to ensure better integration of
different modes and linkage;
*
Help to meet the needs of people for access to services, jobs and social
facilities to ensure that community
services are made available, are used widely and efficiently for the benefit of all;
*
Strengthening family, community and neighbourhood relations and provide the
mediation services where
required;
*
Develop and improve the quality of life of the different minority ethnic
community living within the Oldham
area and to the nearest District and Rural areas;
*
Develop social events and activities to ease isolation and loneliness of Old and
disable People;
*
Help old and disable persons in maintenance of their dwellings and houses up to
min. standard and arrange
grants for refurbishment and easy access;
*
Promote the green energy and environments by introducing and advising its use
and help in technical
matters;
